The apartments are fully furnished, including kitchen equipment, ready for immediate use. Equipment can be seen in the photo documentation. 3+kk apartment on the 1st floor, rent is 18,000 CZK/month + advances for utilities, water, sewage, and other fees (5,000 CZK/month). 3+kk apartment on the 2nd floor, rent is 18,000 CZK/month + advances for utilities, water, sewage, and other fees (5,000 CZK/month). A refundable deposit, equivalent to two months' rent + advances for utilities, water, sewage, and other services, totaling 46,000 CZK, is required. The tenant (individual or legal entity) renting for more than 12 months must arrange household and liability insurance for the duration of the lease, approximately 900-1300 CZK annually, which we will arrange automatically upon signing the lease agreement. If you already have such insurance, just provide the confirmation. Medium-term rental, minimum 3 months, is possible until the end of May 2025 and again from October 2025. The monthly rent for the 3+kk apartment on the 1st and 2nd floor is 16,000 CZK/month + utilities, water, sewage, and other fees (5,000 CZK/month). For rentals shorter than 3 months, the rental price is individual, ranging from 1500 - 4500 CZK/night, depending on the length of stay and the season.
